TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.                 The terms and conditions of business are between Super Nannies Childcare Agency (Super Nannies) and the client.  Receipt of a signed copy of these terms & conditions is acceptance of these terms and conditions, and forms a legally binding contract between Super Nannies and the Client

 

2.                 Super Nannies is not an employer of child carers and only acts as an induction agency of Child Carers to Clients.

 

3.                 Super Nannies will interview thoroughly all child carers but cannot accept any liability for any claims arising from any introduction or booking.  The Client therefore, should satisfy themselves, of the suitability of any Child Carer and take up any references provided by the Child Carer before any job offer is made.

 

4.                 The Client shall notify Super Nannies immediately when a Child Carer has accepted a job offer, and then notify Super Nannies of agreed working hours, pay and start date.

 

 

5.                 Once a placement has been made, the Client must pay the full fees within 10 days of the invoice date.  Super Nannies reserves the right to charge the client a 25% surcharge on all accounts not settled within this period.

 

6.                 All introductions made by Super Nannies are strictly confidential.  The passing on of an introduction to another person, which then results in employment will result in the Client being charged full fees.

 

7.                 Super Nannies is not responsible for payment of the Child Carers TAX and National Insurance.  The Client is responsible for all such payments.

 

8.                 A temporary placement is for a maximum of 12 weeks. If a Child Carer is employed on a permanent basis after this the full fees will be due.

 

9.                 Super Nannies will only offer replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

 

a)                 The Child Carer fails to take up the position, a free replacement or full refund minus a £75 administration fee will be available.

 

b)                Should the Child Carer leave within 6 weeks of the commencement date (for reasons unconnected to change in job description, unreasonable work conditions, or failure by Client to comply with employment legislation), a replacement will be provided free of charge.  If a replacement cannot be found, 60% of the fee will be refunded.

 

In order to qualify for these refunds, the Client must inform Super Nannies within 2 days of cancellation or termination.

 

10.            If a Client fails to commence employment once a firm job offer has been made, the full fee still remains payable

 

11.            All correspondence and records shall be kept confidential and remain the property of Super Nannies.

 

 

 

FEES

 

 

NANNIES

 

Permanent Placement                        3 x net week salary

 

Temporary Placement                       £70 per week (or part week)

 

 

MATERNITY NURSES       

 

£90 per week (or part week)

 

 

NIGHT NANNIES

 

£35 per night

 

 

BABYSITTING REGISTRATION
