We are a new agency specialising in nannies, maternity nurses, mother's helps, night nannies, and nursery staff.

Diane has had many years working in the childcare profession and understands the need for quality childcare.

We insist all our childcarers have CRB checks and contactable references.

We personally interview all our childcarers and check all references and qualifications thoroughly.

We can also offer families a personal home visit to discuss their childcare requirments if needed.

HOW WE WORK

Once you have registered your position with us, we will then look at which of our Child Carers we feel are best suited to your requirements.  We will then contact the Child Carers with details of your position and see which Child Carers are interested.  We will then send you copies of their CVs and negotiate a convenient time for you both for an interview.

We will send a selection of Child Carers to you for interview so we can endeavour to find the right person for your family.  We can give you advice on the best form of Child Care for your circumstances.  We will also advise you on what to expect from a Child Carer, how much to pay, interview questions and how to create the perfect working relationship.
